Their technician, Darren, arrived on time and proceeded to do the necessary work to unclog a sewer pipe in the house. He was very friendly, explained what he was going to do and was respectful of my property. He persisted and broke up the clogged area in the pipe. The account manager, April, was very genuine and professional. The company founder, Dan, came out to give us an estimate for a bunch of work--acid neutralizer, softener, new toilet, a slow tub drain, low pressure, digging a new line from our well in our detached garage to the house. He didn't pressure us; just gave us some options and the numbers. When we had questions, he called back with clear explanations. James and Darren did the work very efficiently, they were polite and they cleaned up afterward. Seriously though - they came in with a quote that was less than two other quotes I got from competitors. They rearranged their schedule to accommodate an emergency I had. And they're really generous with their knowledge. Both reps from the company who came out to my house shared the whys and hows of what they were doing. We were able to schedule time and they promptly came out and fixed my pitiless adapter valve in a few hours!
