“Our Coronavirus Protection Package option serves to give each customer comfort in knowing that we are taking stringent precautionary measures to protect the health of your loved ones while we are performing work in your home.”
How We Care for You
We have stayed informed regularly through updates of state and local government officials, as well as through the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization. We have also carefully reviewed the most updated factual data regarding COVID-19. This important information has helped us to understand how the virus is transmitted and who is at greater risk of health complications should they contract COVID-19.
This education has led in our efforts to add a protective measure during our working process for our valued customer’s peace-of-mind. We recognize that some of our customers have underlying health issues, have elderly loved ones living with them, or simply want to do their part to protect themselves, their family, and others from contracting this disease. And, we take your health and well-being seriously.
Therefore, out of an abundance of caution and concern, we’ve put together a solution because we believe strongly that our customers deserve to feel protected, safe, and cared for when they call upon us to service their needs.
Protection & Disinfection – Coronavirus Protection Package (CPP)
CPP consists of full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for each Technician to wear as they work in your home. It also includes the use of an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved disinfectant product for disinfecting work areas after completion.

Protective Gear +
Disinfection Process = Coronavirus Protection Package
Each Technician will be dressed in full PPE upon entering your home and until the work and disinfection process is completed. Once the work is complete, our Technician will disinfect any surface areas worked on to include those that are at risk for virus transmission such as bathrooms or septic and sewer.
Rest assured that suits, gloves, and booties are never used more than once. You can be confident that our Technicians are using new suits, booties, and gloves when they enter your home.
Technicians are also trained on the proper removal of PPE and disinfecting processes. Used PPE and materials are never disposed of in your home waste container. We discard all used disposable gear and waste materials safely after completion of each service call and take along with us for proper disposal.
Tri-County Services is also managing the health status of our team and requiring all technicians to monitor and communicate their health status on a frequent and ongoing basis.
How It Works
*Book online OR contact our office at (610) 857-1740 to schedule any plumbing, electric, water treatment, or sewer service as you would normally do. Then, our friendly staff will give you an option to add the Coronavirus Protection Package to your service call at no charge to you. (*If you book online, we will reach out to you to confirm this option.)
- Please Note: At this time, there is a national shortage of some types of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). If you’d like to help us conserve our quantities to use for those who are at greater risk, you may opt-out of adding this package to your service call.
